Responsibilities
As a Formworker, your responsibilities will include:
- Constructing and assembling formwork for concrete structures in civil and commercial projects
- Ensuring precise alignment and adherence to design specifications
- Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assisting with site setup and preparation for concrete pouring
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Following all safety regulations and protocols
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Construction White Card (mandatory)
- Experience in formwork and related construction tasks
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Own reliable transport to job sites
- Ability to meet health and safety requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination and drug/alcohol testing
- Australian work rights and residency
