Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks to support plant and yard operations
- Assist with cleanup, material handling, and equipment preparation
- Monitor material flow and communicate issues to operators and supervisors
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Support production teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Operate basic tools and equipment as required
- Adapt to changing operational needs and tasks assigned
