Responsibilities
As a Home Care Worker, you will:
- Support clients to remain living independently in their homes
- Provide respite, personal care, domestic assistance, and carer support in line with care plans
- Accurately report client needs or changes in condition to Care Advisors
- Listen to clients, giving them a voice and supporting their choices
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver responsive and flexible care
- Promote a safe, compassionate, and respectful environment for clients
Requirements

- Possess excellent clinical, organisational, time management, and communication skills

Additionally, candidates must provide evidence of or be in the process of obtaining:
- Certificate III in Home or Aged Care or Certificate IV in Disability Support
- National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance
- First Aid Certificate including CPR
- A valid Australian Driver Licence
