Responsibilities
- Deliver gracious, professional greetings and farewells to all guests.
- Apply Forbes and LQA service standards in every interaction.
- Manage and update reservations using 7Rooms or similar systems, noting guest preferences and special occasions.
- Coordinate seating plans to ensure smooth operations and balance server stations.
- Record and maintain accurate guest profiles in Alice or equivalent systems.
- Assist with reservations and confirmations for special events, tastings, and classes.
- Maintain menus, host podium, and guest materials to One&Only standards.
- Escort guests to tables, prioritizing ladies, elderly, and families with children.
- Handle phone calls courteously and professionally.
- Assist in administrative tasks, daily reports, and operational checklists.
- Manage restaurant ambiance, audio system, and buffet signage where applicable.
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Uphold positive attitude, teamwork, and professional behavior at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional grooming and presentation.
- Knowledge of Forbes/LQA service standards preferred.
- Proficiency with reservation and guest management systems (7Rooms, Alice, or similar).
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Genuine passion for personalized service and guest care.
