Responsibilities
- Maintain professional and harmonious relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and all departments
- Comply with Four Seasons Work Rules & Standards of Conduct
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to inquiries and requests
- Assist other departmental areas as needed
- Provide engaging explanations of menu items, including origin, taste, and preparation
- Accurately enter orders into POS system and communicate with kitchen/bar teams
- Verify orders and serve guests in a timely manner
- Set up, clean, and break down tables and drink stations
- Perform duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager
- Accurately process guest checks, handle cash/credit transactions, and manage voids/complimentary items
- Monitor food and beverage spoilage to contribute to cost control
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work safely, carefully, and in an organized manner
- Flexible schedule availability
- Basic accounting and internal control knowledge related to cashiering
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and reservation systems
- Ability to read, write, and speak both English and Japanese
- Skill in balancing and carrying trays accurately
- Ability to process cash and card transactions precisely
