We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Kids Club Attendant at Al Messila, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa in Doha, Qatar. This full-time role focuses on creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children while supporting guest experiences in recreation and leisure activities. Responsibilities
- Encourage, recruit, and register guests for recreational activities
- Promote a fun and safe atmosphere for children and families
- Provide information about available recreation facilities and activities
- Monitor activities to ensure safety and respond appropriately in emergencies
- Clean and maintain recreational equipment and supplies
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards
- Assist guests with disabilities and provide excellent customer service
- Process payments for recreational activities, equipment rentals, or facility use
- Perform tasks that require physical activity, including lifting, bending, and moving objects
- Maintain professional appearance, hygiene, and demeanor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by management
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Knowledge of recreation equipment and safety procedures
- Ability to stand, walk, or move for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects safely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and respond effectively in emergencies
- Flexibility to work in various recreational and leisure settings
