We are looking for a friendly and professional Meet & Greet associate to welcome and assist customers in our showroom. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression, ensuring high-quality customer service, and supporting smooth operations within the showroom environment.

Responsibilities
As a Meet & Greet associate, your key duties will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers arriving at the showroom
- Handling the telephone switchboard and taking messages
- Supporting walk-in customers at the Service Centre
- Planning workshop capacity and optimizing team utilization
- Ensuring waiting customers are comfortable and well attended
- Managing initial verbal complaints and directing them appropriately
- Reporting showroom discrepancies to management to maintain customer satisfaction
- Conducting CRM follow-ups and monitoring customer complaints
- Ensuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction and retention
- Providing updated product information to customers
- Promoting BMW brand values and maintaining customer relationships
- Supporting teamwork and collaborating with Sales, Parts, and Finance departments
- Participating in departmental projects and team meetings
- Contributing to business growth through superior customer service and ethical sales practices
Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates should have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
- Strong communication skills in English
- Administrative and organizational skills
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree
