Responsibilities
As an Office Barista, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Preparing a variety of beverages, including coffee (hot, cold, iced), tea, and frappes using automatic coffee machines.
- Operating coffee machines, blenders, and related equipment efficiently.
- Ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the coffee station.
- Maintaining high-quality service standards in line with company policies.
- Following safety and hygiene procedures for handling food and beverages.
- Managing inventory, assisting with stock receiving, and maintaining proper stock levels.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- Previous experience as a barista (preferred).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for customer service.
