Plant Inspector Job In Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Plant Inspector to join our team in Rābigh, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on conducting inspections, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring operational efficiency within refinery and industrial plant settings. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in mechanical and chemical systems, inspection codes, and NDT methods.

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Lead Inspector and perform assigned inspection tasks
  • Attend OME meetings and plan requested inspections
  • Conduct PZV External Inspection Program every 2 years
  • Assist in preparing EIS and scheduling NDT inspections (OSI & T&I)
  • Document inspection findings and provide repair/replacement recommendations
  • Maintain updated tracking logs for IWS Recommendations and Plans
  • Ensure compliance with inspection codes, safety standards, and operational procedures

Requirements

  • Two (2) Year Higher National Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Reasonable English language skills in reading, writing, and oral communication
  • Ability to read and interpret Technical Instructions, P&I Diagrams, and Inspection Isometrics
  • Knowledge of applicable Inspection Codes, Standards, and NDT Methods
  • Understanding of hazardous materials, MSDS, and equipment configurations
  • Prior experience working in large refinery or oil and gas facilities
