Responsibilities
- Design user-centered experiences for web and mobile products
- Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
- Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across products
- Support smooth design handoff and implementation with developers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices
Preferred / Nice to Have Skills
- Experience designing for SaaS, mobile apps, or B2B products
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with design systems and component-based design
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, basic React concepts)
- Experience working in agile or product-led teams
