Responsibilities
- Tend to machines and handle products safely
- Perform visual sorting, packing, or other operations as instructed
- Use pallet jacks to move materials within the work area
- Follow demonstrated directions and on-the-job training
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the production area
- Assist with other tasks as required to support manufacturing operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade training is a plus
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production or industrial roles
- Ability to follow verbal instructions accurately
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Low travel requirements
