Responsibilities

  • Professionally answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals
  • Greet visitors and guide them appropriately while maintaining accurate employee and department directories
  • Coordinate courier services and manage outgoing mail efficiently
  • Monitor and maintain office supply inventory
  • Organize, maintain, and update files, records, and documentation
  • Handle supplier inquiries by responding, redirecting, or escalating as required
  • Provide general administrative support, including document preparation and research
  • Create PowerPoint presentations as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
  • Assist with special projects and additional tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role within a corporate setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Experience in the construction industry is considered an asset
  • Professional appearance and mature demeanor
  • Strong telephone etiquette and verbal communication skills
  • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Highly organized, reliable, and punctual
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
