Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients, guiding them throughout their visit
- Check clients in and out of appointments
- Process payments for appointments and products
- Coordinate with staff to ensure effective and productive client visits
- Maintain exceptional service standards and foster client satisfaction
- Escort clients to and from treatment rooms and waiting areas
- Make reminder appointment calls and manage client communications
- Serve coffee and beverages in the lounge and maintain the area
- Handle open and close procedures and next-day preparation
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Foster client loyalty by creating memorable experiences
- Ensure compliance with all service metrics and operational procedures
Requirements
- Full availability for Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Prior experience in reception, healthcare, or luxury hospitality settings
- Education in health or a related discipline is an asset
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and foster relationships
- 2 years of healthcare experience or four-star hotel/luxury spa experience is an advantage
