Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and customers professionally
- Identify customer needs and direct them to appropriate sales or service representatives
- Support sales, service, and back-office teams with customer contact procedures and administrative tasks
- Manage customer queries efficiently and forward them to relevant staff members
- Handle walk-in customers without appointments and offer suitable service options
- Record, update, and maintain customer information in the Dealer Management System (DMS)
- Check pending service actions and unfinished work for visiting customers
- Explain data privacy information and ensure required documentation is completed
- Receive and manage vehicle keys and documents from customers
- Coordinate service documents and review them with customers
- Direct customers to waiting areas or specific advisors
- Ensure smooth communication flow between departments and customers
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in the automotive industry or any customer-facing role
- Knowledge of dealership products, processes, and technologies is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a dynamic work environment
