Position Overview

The Receptionist manages front-desk operations and serves as a liaison between clients, employees, and vendors. This includes greeting visitors, managing calls, coordinating with building management, and assisting with administrative and event-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors with professionalism and courtesy
  • Answer, screen, and redirect phone calls; take detailed messages as needed
  • Manage visitor badges and maintain accurate visitor logs
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, and assisting with mail or office tasks
  • Coordinate building vendor services and act as a tenant/landlord liaison
  • Assist with event coordination, catering requests, and room reservations
  • Maintain a neat and orderly reception area at all times
  • Provide travel assistance, directions, and guest support
  • Follow all safety, security, and company protocols

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of reception, hospitality, or vendor coordination experience
  • Preferably 2 years of face-to-face customer interaction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; pleasant phone voice
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Positive attitude and comfort in delivering customer service to diverse populations
