Responsibilities
As the Receptionist, you will take full ownership of front-of-house operations while providing essential administrative and workplace support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors, staff, and contractors across all stakeholder levels
- Managing visitor sign-ins, security access cards, and health & safety requirements
- Acting as the primary contact for workplace queries, meeting room bookings, and parking coordination
- Supporting the Facilities team with maintenance requests, locker management, and site walk-downs
- Assisting with administrative tasks across property, fleet, procurement, and health & safety functions
- Ensuring the Auckland office runs smoothly and professionally each day
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Proven experience in reception, customer service, or office administration
- Availability to work onsite in Auckland, 24 hours per week (Monday–Thursday)
- Full, valid driver licence
- Confidence using multiple systems (experience with Workday is advantageous)
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of responsibilities
