Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms to brand standards
- Dust, vacuum, make beds, remove trash, and clean bathrooms
- Maintain guest room amenities and replenish supplies
- Clean windows, balconies, and small appliances (iron, mini-fridge, coffee machine)
- Sign in/out keys and use department technology and communication tools
- Record cleaned rooms, report maintenance issues, and tag lost & found items
- Follow safety, sanitation, and departmental policies and procedures
- Deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service at all times
- Support team members and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous cleaning or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school education or equivalent
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for up to 8 hours per day
- Attention to detail and adherence to instructions
