We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Shovel Operator to join Waagner Biro Bridge Services. In this role, you will operate and maintain heavy equipment efficiently across various construction sites, including marine and beach operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Operate the shovel for loading, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Perform daily pre-start inspections and basic maintenance checks on equipment
- Coordinate with site supervisors and plant teams to complete assigned tasks
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies during operations
- Report mechanical issues, damages, or incidents to the Plant Manager immediately
- Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of the shovel at all times
- Support other equipment or site activities as directed by the Plant Manager
Requirements
- Valid UAE Shovel Operator (Heavy Tractor) license
- Ability to read, write, and speak English for work instructions
- Driving License No. 3 (LTV) is an advantage
- Knowledge of safe work practices and site safety standards
- Ability to work in marine or beach site environments
