The Site Coordinator plays a critical role in managing and coordinating all on-site activities related to Smart City systems integration. Acting as the key interface between engineering, construction, and integration teams, this role ensures smooth communication, accurate documentation, and efficient progress tracking across multiple stakeholders including subcontractors, system integrators, and the client’s PMCM team.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate daily site activities between STE teams, subcontractors, and system integrators
- Ensure work aligns with approved Method Statements (MST), Site Interface Permits (SIP), and Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures
- Conduct joint inspections, site walks, and revisits with PMCM, O&M contractors, and subcontractors
- Manage access requests, work permits, safety inductions, and site logistics
- Prepare, update, and maintain site trackers including PTW status, site survey logs, open points, and progress reports
- Maintain document and drawing trackers, backups, and deliverables for integration activities
- Consolidate site data from multiple contractors ensuring accuracy and traceability
- Act as the primary coordination link between subcontractors, system integrators, and the STE project team
- Liaise with design consultants, PMCM, and client representatives for approvals and clarifications
- Escalate site-related issues, delays, or access challenges with clear documentation and recommendations
- Assist technical teams in verifying system installations and cross-checking site conditions against drawings
- Support collection of field data for integration with the Master SCADA/City OS platform
- Ensure proper documentation of field devices, panel locations, and as-built data
- Ensure all on-site works comply with HSE regulations and safety protocols
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in site coordination or project execution within Smart City, ELV, BMS, SCADA, safety/security systems, or infrastructure projects
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors and consultants in fast-paced environments
- Good understanding of OT/ICT systems such as BMS, FAS, CCTV, SCADA, and network infrastructure
Skills
- Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and tracker management tools
- Knowledge of construction site processes, PTW systems, and safety protocols
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and resolve site issues efficiently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capability
