Responsibilities
- Record all incoming and outgoing goods in the company’s IT system and prepare required tax documentation.
- Manage product movement according to internal procedures.
- Verify incoming items against delivery notes and prepare products for the sales floor, including security tagging.
- Maintain an organized and compliant stockroom based on company guidelines.
- Ensure a clean, orderly warehouse setup accessible to the entire sales team.
- Support the Stock Manager in daily stock-related tasks and store operations.
- Keep all stock items tidy, secure, and in optimal condition to support sales activities.
- Handle inventory activities, including stock counts and audits.
- Oversee product security in the warehouse and stock areas.
- Manage items needing repair and coordinate with authorized suppliers.
- Organize shipments to customers, factories, or other store locations, ensuring correct procedures.
- Maintain communication with shipping teams and external couriers for timely deliveries.
- Support the sales team by providing accurate stock availability updates.
- Assist with product arrangements during post-sales processes.
- Execute end-of-season returns following company and Stock Manager guidelines.
- Prepare and archive all required shipping documentation (hard and soft copies).
Requirements
- Previous experience in a luxury boutique or similar retail environment.
- Ability to work under pressure with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience preferred.
- Strong communication abilities and fluency in English.
