Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end store operations, including staffing, scheduling, ordering, inbound receiving, stocking, picking, and packing orders
- Coordinate and supervise store operations, including shift management, preventive maintenance, and employee development
- Optimize utilization of pickers and multi-tasking roles to improve efficiency and UTRs
- Manage store replenishment and inventory control to avoid out-of-stock or overstock situations
- Accurately receive inbound orders and ensure proper outbound picking and packing of customer orders
- Monitor fulfillment processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and profitability
- Ensure store profitability while providing excellent customer service and employee development
- Manage store costs against budget and maximize operational cost-effectiveness
- Implement actions to reduce store shrinkage and ensure proper equipment use
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, security, and safety standards
- Communicate with the Operations Manager regarding store issues and propose solutions
- Supervise maintenance activities and third-party supplier performance
- Ensure safe and proper use of material handling equipment
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in supermarket or restaurant management
- Strong communication skills and hands-on approach with tools and operations
- Robust interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is highly advantageous
- Energetic, adaptable, and eager to learn on the job
