Responsibilities
- Manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and recording of supplies, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain high-quality standards while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Process payments for approved projects and issue Purchase Orders for reimbursements and contract-related fees.
- Coordinate with the Accounting team to set up project budgets in Oracle.
- Prepare payment forecasts for ongoing projects and maintain accurate supplier data.
- Ensure all sourcing and inventory information complies with hotel policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Storekeeper, Materials, or Inventory role, ideally in hospitality.
- Previous experience in administration or procurement-related roles.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience working with purchasing, receiving, or inventory control systems is an advantage.
