Responsibilities
As a Video Editor, you will:
- Edit videos for a wide range of clients across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create large volumes of content efficiently with minimal direction.
- Craft videos that captivate audiences, measured by engagement metrics such as likes, comments, and shares.
- Analyze live content performance and adjust edits based on insights.
- Collaborate with teammates on rapid requests and tight deadlines.
- Participate in creative brainstorms, kickoffs, and team meetings, contributing ideas and strategy.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a video editor.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.), color grading, subtitling, and sound editing.
- Portfolio showcasing high-quality social media and podcast video content.
- Availability to work 9 AM – 5 PM UK Time (GMT 0).
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Super fast internet and a powerful computer capable of handling 4K video editing.

- Deep understanding of social media storytelling, hooks, cliffhangers, and audience retention techniques.
- Ability to create engaging trailers and clips for podcasts.
